With over forty years of industry experience, Lee has directed projects valued at more than $3.8 billion across the hospitality, corporate, commercial, multi-family residential, retail, industrial, institutional, and specialty sectors. He possesses expertise in organizing, administering, managing, and communicating across all aspects of construction management. Lee is adept at building high-performing teams to design, construct, and execute strategies that ensure successful project delivery.

Lee’s core competencies include consultant management, master planning, oversight of project teams and contractors, coordination of construction operations—including pre-construction activities—procurement, contract development and negotiation, change order evaluation, cost monitoring, scheduling, inspections, and comprehensive administrative responsibilities.

Throughout his distinguished career, Lee has held leadership roles such as Project Superintendent, Project Executive, Senior Vice President, and Owner’s Representative for prominent construction and real estate development firms within the New York tri-state area. In these capacities, he has supported and supervised project teams from inception through completion on numerous developments. Lee has worked on projects throughout NYC and New York State, New Jersey, Florida, Ohio, Illinois and Puerto Rico with due diligence efforts performed throughout the United States.

His extensive background has afforded him comprehensive skills across a diverse range of project types and enabled him to develop an expansive network of design professionals, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
