Lee has over thirty-nine years’ experience managing the development and construction of projects in excess of $3.8 billion in the hospitality, corporate, commercial, multi-family residential, retail, industrial, institutional and specialty industries. He possesses highly effective organizational, administrative, management and communication skills in all areas of construction management. His strengths include putting effective teams together to design, build and prosecute the work necessary to successfully complete projects.

Lee has served in roles ranging from Project Superintendent to Project Executive, Senior Vice-President and Owner’s Representative for some of the region’s leading construction and real estate development firms in New York City and New Jersey, providing oversight and support for project teams from inception until completion of multiple projects.

His work experience has allowed him to develop strong competencies across many aspects of varied programs and with a vast network of design professionals, contracting firms, vendors and suppliers who together, have successfully partnered and delivered the Owner’s vision.
