Hilton Columbus at Easton
Owner’s Representative for pre-construction services for Olshan properties planned phased renovation of the hotel. RFP’s for all design consultants, specialty consultants and CM’s/GC’s were issued as well as performing all necessary due diligence for the renovation of the guestrooms, elevator lobbies, corridors, all public space areas inclusive of the Lobby and bar areas, ballrooms and all pre-function spaces.
Canopy by Hilton Boston
Owner’s Representative for Olshan Properties Group’s new Canopy by Hilton in Boston, Massachusetts. The project is a 145,000square foot, $142 million, 212 key six-story hotel built in Boston’s historic district adjacent to the Boston Seaport district and opened in Q1 of 2022.
Westin NY Times Square
Responsible for leading and providing oversight to the design, project management and asset management teams for two phased renovations of 859 rooms, coordination of the design effort and construction of 10 additional keys, ballroom and meeting room renovations, boardroom and Shula’s private dining room renovation, atrium club lounge renovation, Bar 10 renovation, health club and spa relocation and construction, development of lobby renovation with consultants, public space renovation throughout the hotel, installation of the DAS system and various engineering, technology and R&M program initiatives.
InterContinental NY Times Square
Project Executive for the $550M new 36-story, 607-key four-star hotel in the heart of Times Square in New York City.
InterContinental NY Barclay
Project Executive responsible for the $240M gut renovation of the existing 1920’s era hotel. Part of the development and program management team responsible for the evaluation and design process, preconstruction efforts leading into the renovation and construction effort.
InterContinental Boston
Owners Representative for IHG’s InterContinental Boston Hotel’s 424 guest room, ballroom, meeting room interior renovation. Predevelopment services commenced in 2019 with construction services completed in Q3 2021 due to delays and shut downs due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Sheraton Grand Chicago
Responsible for leading and providing oversight to the design, project management and asset management teams for the phased renovation of the hotel’s 1,214 rooms, design and construction for LB’s Bistro restaurant, the Link at Sheraton F&B outlet, the meeting planner office project, various engineering and R&M program initiatives, various storefront/Riverwalk renovations, expansion joint replacement projects, various meeting room and ballroom renovations, ADA compliance work and installation of the DAS system and various engineering, technology and R&M program initiatives.
Swan Dolphin Walt Disney World
Swan/Dolphin Hotels, Lake Buena Vista, FL: Working in conjunction with Tishman’s chief design officer and design consultant team, orchestrating the multi-year $150 million guestroom renovation program for the 758 rooms and suites at the Swan Hotel and the 1,509 rooms and suites at the Dolphin Hotel inclusive of redevelopment of the resort wide F&B products. Responsible for the earlier Dolphin corridor and room renovation project, inclusive of 1,159 rooms, governor suites renovations, various ballroom and meeting room renovations, Dolphin ballroom lighting control systems, fire alarm replacement project, Cabana Bar renovation, hardscape and parking lot projects, bus duct replacements, chiller replacements and redesign and implementation of new demand flow controls system for Dolphin Hotel chiller plant, ADA initiatives, installation of the DAS system and various energy savings, engineering and R&M program initiatives.
